Erla Björg Guðrúnardóttir founded Marz Seafood in 2003 as a one-woman operation. Since then, Marz has grown steadily over the years into a great team of women who are, above all else, a family. The women of Marz have run a marathon together, climbed a mountain together and completed a triathlon together.
